Mini Arcade: 100 Offline Games · by S & S Codes · Effective October 17, 2026

In short: Mini Arcade does not collect, store on any server, share or sell any personal data. The app has no internet permission, no accounts, no ads and no analytics. Everything stays on your device.

1. Who we are

Mini Arcade ("the app") is developed by S & S Codes ("we", "us"). This policy explains how the app handles information.

2. Information we collect

None. The app does not ask for, collect or transmit any personal information such as your name, email, location, contacts, photos, device identifiers or usage data. The Android version of the app does not request the internet permission, so it cannot send data off your device.

3. Data stored only on your device

To make the games work, the app saves a few small values locally on your device using the operating system's standard app storage:

This data never leaves your device. We cannot see it. You can clear best scores and favourites at any time in the app's Settings, and all app data is deleted when you uninstall the app or clear its storage in your device settings.

4. Third parties, ads and analytics

The app contains no advertising, no analytics or crash-reporting SDKs, and no social or login integrations. No data is shared with or sold to any third party.

5. Permissions

The app requests no dangerous or sensitive permissions. Haptic feedback (vibration on taps) uses standard system behaviour and can be turned off in Settings.

6. Children's privacy

The app is suitable for general audiences. Because it collects no personal information from anyone, it does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country).

7. Security

Since no personal data is collected or transmitted, there is no personal data held by us that could be exposed. Data saved on your device is protected by your device's own security.

8. Changes to this policy

If the app's data practices ever change (for example, if online features are added), we will update this policy and the effective date above before the change takes effect, and update the store listing's data safety section.
